The property was purchased at auction; however the client was familiar with the asset after Michael identified it as a potential off market acquisition target in the months prior to the auction campaign. This allowed the client to move quickly during the sale process and he entered the auction with confidence and a well-considered game plan. With some strategic advice from Michael during the bidding process including mid-auction negotiations with the vendor's agents, he was able to secure this prime asset without going over budget.
